Long Beach is known throughout the world for its contributions to music. The biggest Southern California Blues Festival was held here for over 30 years, and the music scene is thriving today. The Long Beach Blues Society is dedicated to giving back to the greater Long Beach community through the joy of music, especially for people in under-served communities.
